Contact form
If you use the form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, enquiry type (hiring staff, looking for work, or a general enquiry), and your message. The form posts to contact.php, which emails those details to info@kaoskastaffing.com. The site does not store the form in a database.
The chat box on the page does not send your message to our server. If you press Send on WhatsApp, your browser opens WhatsApp with the text you typed, addressed to 07404 848332. From then on, the conversation is with us on WhatsApp.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you. If you then work with us as a client or a candidate, we keep what we need for that recruitment relationship.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are dealing with the enquiry, and afterwards only as needed for the recruitment relationship. If nothing further comes of the enquiry, we do not keep it longer than we need to answer you and handle any follow-up.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted by GoDaddy. Pages also request the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to load that font. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising tags on this site.
Access and deletion
Email info@kaoskastaffing.com to ask for a copy of the enquiry information we hold, or to ask us to delete it. Tell us the email address or phone number you used so we can find the message.
